1. Contract
1. All communications are conducted on a "subject
to contract" basis. No legally binding contract
between the Seller and the Company will be formed
until the company has conducted a first-hand inspection
and valuation of the trailer and accompanying documentation.
2. Accepted Trailers
1. Trailers considered for purchase must be from
a recognised trailer supplier or manufacturer. This
includes products from Anssems, Batesons, Brenderup,
Brian James, Duuo, Erde, Indespension, Trident. Other
trailers open to consideration, contact us for details.
2. Trailer types required include; advertising, boat,
camping, dinghy, Duuo, exhibition, flatbed, goods,
horsebox, livestock, motorcycle, plant, quad, tipper
and van.
3. Trailers must be in sound condition, if the trailer
is not roadworthy you must unform us and include details
in the form above.
3. Seller's Warranties
1. The Seller warrants that all the information
supplied is accurate and true.
2. The Seller warrants that the trailer is not subject
to finance.
3. The Seller warrants that there are no undisclosed
physical defects with the trailer.
4. The Seller warrants that they are the legal owner
of the trailer and has right to transfer the full
legal title and ownership.
5. The Seller warrants than no other person has any
claim to the trailer.
4. Delivery/Collection
1. If we have an agent in your area we may offer
to collect the trailer. Dependant on the distance
an additional charge may be levied.
2. Otherwise the trailer must be delivered by the
Seller to the designated premises at the Seller's
expense.
5. Inspection
1. The trailer will be inspected by our representative
prior to completion of the contract. A revised valuation
may be offered to any previously supplied where (i)
the trailer does not fully comply with the information
provided, (ii) where the condition is such that substantial
work is required to bring the trailer up to standard,
(iii) other relevant factors not disclosed that affect
the valuation.
6. Payment
1. We will usually pay for the trailer by BACS made
payable to the Seller only. Payment to a third party
will not be accepted.
2. Cleared funds may take up to 4 working days after
payment due.
3. We will endevour to pay the seller upon receipt
of the trailer, however reserve the right to pay by
any appropriate payment method when and where reasonable. |
